Our Story
I’m Julie Hill, and I founded the Coastal House estate agency in 2006 as I believed that there was a better way to sell homes that focused on transparency, attentiveness, and creativity at every stage of the buying and selling journey.
I understood that trust must be earned, and we are privileged that our clients invite us to narrate the story of their home.
Thought, care and attention to detail goes into every home we sell at The Coastal House, from home styling and lifestyle photography to bespoke boards and magazine style brochures.
